For our overseas clients, payment can also be made by Bank Transfer, Western Union, Money Gram or Paypal which is the cheapest and fastest way.
The different kinds of raw virgin hair are distinct and no two heads of hair are exactly the same. Our pictures are meant to give you a good idea of the texture and colour of our different kinds of hair. When you place an order with us, there may be a slight variation between the bundles of the same kind of hair. This is a guarantee that you are receiving unprocessed pure 100% virgin hair.
we do advise delivery time to be from 5 – 8 working/business days especially international orders. For express international delivery, there will be an extra charge. We use the Royal Mail for our orders placed in other countries and within.
WE BELIEVE IN OUR PRODUCTS AND WE ACCEPT RETURNED PRODUCTS AND GIVE REFUNDS AFTER THE PURCHASE IF YOU AS THE CUSTOMER ARE UNHAPPY WITH THEM FOR ANY REASON (THOUGH WE CAN’T THINK OF ANY).
YOU MUST CONTACT US AND WE MUST RECEIVE THE PRODUCT WITHIN 7 CALENDAR DAYS AFTER THE RECORDED RECEIPT OF THE MERCHANDISE, OTHERWISE, ANY EXCHANGE / REFUND REQUESTS AFTER 7 CALENDAR DAYS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
1. We may exchange any already-bought product for another one of the same prices as long as you send it back to us within 7 days from the recorded receipt of it.
2. We must have received the product you bought from us before the exchange or the refund can be made.
3. If the cord or seal holding the hair together is cut, broken, untied or has been untied we will not accept to do any exchange nor refund because of our high hygiene requirements.
4. The cost of money transfer, shipping and handling will be at the expense of the customer, therefore, we advise that if you must do an exchange or refund, please do send it through a courier that can give you tracking information and confirmation of delivery as we will not be responsible for packages that may get lost.
5. Please note: we usually ship exchanged items within 1 – 3 working days upon receipt of shipping payment/postage & packaging.
6. We retain the right to refuse an exchange or refund if the conditions above are not satisfied.
7. we try as much as possible to photograph and describe all item to the best of our ability and also verify all orders before shipping….. Should you have any problems or issues do not hesitate to contact us and we will try to resolve it.
